Boarding Checkout Policy
Boarding check-out is by 12PM on the scheduled day of departure. Any boarding dog not picked up by 12PM will be charged the full daycare rate for that day.

Enrichment
At the CC, we believe dogs need more than just playtime - they need opportunities to use their minds, build confidence, and engage their natural instincts.
Our enrichment activities are designed to provide mental stimulation and variety throughout the day. Dogs can enjoy activities such as sniff mats, treat puzzles, interactive games, playing fetch, and outdoor long-lead time where they can explore and enjoy their surroundings at their own pace.
These activities help keep dogs happy, engaged, and fulfilled while adding an extra level of care to their daycare experience.

What is a Bath & Tidy? A Bath & Tidy is a bath and blow dry. There is absolutely NO cutting of any hair.

Group Dog Walks with the Collar Club
Join us for structured group walks in the Winkler area every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning (weather permitting).

Walking Equipment & Safety
We understand that every dog has unique walking needs. While we welcome the use of your preferred training tools, we will provide a slip lead for dogs using a collar or harness.
This ensures their safety, prevents escape, and allows us to maintain full control in busy environments.
